Q: What is the Northstar Thinktank Affiliate Program?

A: Basically, this program is a referral based business for each of our affiliates. When you refer a consumer to any of our product sites and they make a purchase, you are paid a commission. We work with you to help you market our products through your website, and through a complete marketing campaign.

Q: What are the benefits of this program?

A: Our program offers a unique range of products and services that you simply won’t find already plastered on the pages of every other marketers website…we are a long, long way from being “just another offer…”. Take a look at what we’re talking about:

Q: Is there a sign-up fee?

A: There is no sign-up fee.

Q: How much can I earn?

A: That’s up to you. Our average affiliate will make between $400 and $1,000 in affiliate fees each month. Those with very strong customer lists and internet marketing campaigns will be able to earn 5 or 6 times that amount each month. In either case, it really is up to you and the time and effort you are willing to contribute to this endeavor.

Q: When do I get paid?

A: Affiliate fee checks are sent out on the last Friday of every month.

Q: How do I get paid?

A: All of your sales are tracked through our affiliate sales system. Each product you sell or each campaign you promote will have a specific commission amount associated. You will be aware of these specifics prior to every campaign. Typically, the affiliate fee will be between 15% and 40%, depending on the offer. Your monthly affiliate check will be calculated by the number of sales you have generated according to the affiliate fee associated with each sale. Here is a theoretical example of a payment scenario:

  • M2S product sold for $147—your fee is 25% or $36.75 paid to you.
  • A Mastermind Program is sold for $997—your fee is 20% or $199.40 paid to you.
  • A lead generation promotion pays you $15 for every free lead generated
  • A Mentoring Program is sold for $6,000—your fee is 15% or $900
  • In a given month you sell:
    • 15 M2S products= $551.25 paid to you

    • 2 Mastermind Programs= $398.80 paid to you

    • 25 Leads= $375 paid to you

    • 1 Mentoring Program= $900 paid to you

      • Total: $2,225.05 paid to you

Q: How are my sales tracked?

A: When someone comes to a product page from your affiliate link, a cookie is placed on their computer. If that person purchases the product at that time or in the future, you will receive credit for that purchase. All of your sales are tracked by a third party Affiliate Program Service/Software provided by 1shoppingcart.com

Q: How can I see my current sales?

A: When you login as an affiliate you have access to real-time tracking and comprehensive reports of all your traffic, clicks, leads and sales.

Q: Can I use my paypal account?

A: PayPal is not available at this time, but we are considering it as a payment option for the future.

Q: Do I need a merchant account to process payments?

A: No. Our program takes care of everything. You only need to do one thing, and that is to send referrals to our websites. From that point on, everything is taken care of, there is nothing more that you need to do. All payment is processed by us, all products and services are delivered by us, and all customer service tasks are gladly handled by us.

Q: Will you provide marketing tools and training?

A: We have developed email templates, marketing training, and everything you need to succeed with this program. We will direct you to our marketing resource website as well as send you regular updates and techniques to implement into your marketing plan. If you use the tools we provide and implement them regularly, you will have a proven recipe for success.
